Ripe, full, dry and slightly austere palate with good textures. Very spicy, green apple skin, honey, nutty, garlic lees, quince, vanilla, butter, anise flavours with a touch of citrus on the finish. Fine balance and finesse with good intensity and length. Drink now-5 years. A fine effort.
