Côte de Beaune, Côte d'Or, Burgundy, FrancePeach pit, pear skin, green apple, nutty lees, grassy, floral, vanilla and nettle aromas. Dry, tight, elegant, full and fresh with a note of austerity but juicy acidity. Green apple skin, baked pear, clove, citrus, spicy, vanilla, creamy, grassy, stony flavours. Good acidity and very precise. Needs a few years to flesh out. Domaine des Héritiers Louis Jadot is proprietor of a 4.94-acre parcel of vines adjacent to Les Pougets exposed directly to the south.
