Côte de Beaune, Côte d'Or, Burgundy, FranceLemon, floral, nutty, lees, butter, pear, grassy, green apple skin aromas. Dry, round, elegant but somewhat austere with fresh acidity. Butter, vanilla, green apple skin, pear, mineral, lemon flavours. Good finesse and juicy but a bit austere and tart on the finish. Best with food or keep for 2-3 years.
