Valle de Casablanca, Region de Aconcagua, ChileMade entirely from organic fruit in transition to biodynamic this cool-climate pinot presents spicy, rhubarb, cedar, tobacco nose flecked with earthy, plum and floral, barnyard aromas. Ripe, round, fresh and juicy palate with supple, velvety tannins. Good elegance with vanilla, strawberry jam, vanilla, spicy, cherry, worsteshire, peppery, orange peel, herbs and liquorice flavours. A bit warm but with fine intensity and balance for consuming now.
