Sherry Jerez - Manzanilla, SpainAged 20 years in oak barrels. Dark brick black cherry amber colour. Very spicy, walnut, floral, tobacco, cedar, soy, raisin, rancio aromas. Rich, ripe, round, full, unctuous palate but no overly heavy but sweet with good acidity. Huge raisiny, buttery, walnut, coffee, toffee, chestnut, soy, cedar, tobacco, orange peel flavours.
