Champagne, FranceThis spends about 6 years before disgorgement and has 60% pinot noir, mostly from Grand Cru sites withsome premier curs. Very fine, continuous mousse. Floral, citrus, green apple, brioche, nutty, pear, guava, peach pit, cherry flavours. Crisp, dryer, tight, full palate with very good acidity and lots of extract.. Green apple, pear, nutty, citrus, floral, toasty, quince, cherry and tobacco flavours. Very good finesse and length, full but delicate. Drink now or keep for 5 years.
