Champagne, FranceMade with pinot noir and pinot meunier wine added to give the rose its pale salmon colour and style. Floral, toasty, cherry, tobacco, nutty, citrus, strawberry, baked apple aromas. Fresh, crisp, moderately dry, juicy palate with fine mousse. Cherry, strawberry, spicy, green apple, rhubarb, toasty, nutty, tobacco and citrus flavours. Finish is juicy and a tad on the sweet brut side but has good finesse and length with slightly softer acidity.
