Meaty peppery, lifted, rooty, herbal, tobacco leaf nose with bits of cherry. Dry, lean, chunky entry with a slightly hollow palate and a bit of volatility. Tobacco, resiny, earthy, compost, sour cherry flavours. Finish is warm and oaky. Bets with grilled meat entrées.
