Sherry Jerez - Manzanilla, SpainThe Don Nuño is a rich concentrated Sherry that is classically dry but with hints of sweetness. Unlike most commercial Oloroso it isn't sweetened with Pedro Ximénez. It is aged a dozen years in America oak using the classic solera system all of which develops rich stone fruit flavours flecked with walnuts and citrus underneath. The finish is long.
