Chablis, Burgundy, FranceThe style here is to be fruity, elegant and delicate with low oak and fresh acidity. Lemon, seashell, floral, lime, green apple aromas. Dry, fresh, crisp, zippy, juicy palate. Green apple, lime, lees, oyster, lemon, spicy, green nectarine flavours. Good intensity but quite tart now.
