Flor de Crasto Douro Vinho Tinto 2008

Douro Valley, Northern Portugal, PortugalSmoky, earthy, peppery, meaty, liquorice root nose with flecks of plum and tobacco. Clean, fresh, dry palate with some grip-py tannins and plenty of floral, smoky, resin, dark plum, tobacco, earthy, leather, savoury meat flavours. A dry id a bit rustic red for pizza and meat. Good value.Tasted: 24 October 2010Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
