Valle de Aconcagua, Region de Aconcagua, ChileThe Estate shiraz fruit is grown close to the Don Maximiano Estate in Aconcagua. A third of the wine aged in French and American oak barrels for some eight months. This is simple stuff, showing primary fruit but with acidity that is in check and some spice and warmth in the finish.
