Chablis, Burgundy, FranceFrom 75 year old vines, normally part of Vaillons or Les Lys. Lime, floral, seashell, lemon, lees, grassy, pear aromas. Ripe, round, elegant, dry, slightly austere palate with good acidity. Juicy, crisp, slightly oily palate with light lees, honey, guava, lime, lemon, seashell, mineral, green apple flavours.
