Drouhin Vaudon Chablis Premier Cru 2009

Chablis, Burgundy, FranceA blend of several domain vineyards on the right side of the river. Floral, spicy, honey, lemon, green apple, light lees, oyster shell aromas. Dry, full, round, creamy but juicy palate. Green apple, honey, pear, lees, seashell, seaweed, mineral, spicy garlic flavours. Good intensity, finesse and acidity. Needs 1-2 years but can drink now. Despite being a very ripe vintage, there is lots of acidity.Tasted: 27 October 2010Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
