Chablis, Burgundy, FranceFrom two parcels, 50 and 75 year old sections. No new wood is used. Ripe floral, waxy, honey, lees, guava, seashell, spicy, grassy, green apple aromas. Ripe, full, dry, elegant and juicy with fresh, succulent flavours. Honey, vanilla, lime, peach pit, butter, green apple, spicy lees, floral, lanolin flavours. Long, rich, intense with lovely mouthfeel. Balanced with finesse but less robust than Vaudésir. Hold two to five years.
