St. Hallett Poacher's Semillon Sauvignon 2009

Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaGrapefruit, gooseberry, grassy, asparagus, floral, green apple nose. Tart, dry, elegant palate with grassy, gooseberry, grapefruit, lime, honey, floral, jalapeno flavours. A leaner style but has a touch of oiliness for palate viscosity. The leanest version yet; think oysters. Tasted: 28 August 2010Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
