Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaGrapefruit, gooseberry, grassy, asparagus, floral, green apple nose. Tart, dry, elegant palate with grassy, gooseberry, grapefruit, lime, honey, floral, jalapeno flavours. A leaner style but has a touch of oiliness for palate viscosity.
