Umbria, ItalyMeaty, saddle leather, peppery, earthy, sausage, iodine, tobacco, cherry, resin, olive aromas. Rich, round, full, somewhat fresh palate with light, dry tannins. Cherry, tobacco, cedar, peppery, herbal, olive, meaty, saddle leather, resin and vanilla flavours. Finish is very dry and rustic with some tannins to shed.
