Round, soft, rich and supple palate but very warm. Peppery, floral, sausage meat, black raspberry jam, kirsch, garrigue, liquorice candy and tobacco leaf flavours. Big intensity but also big alcohol. Drink it cool during the winter with a lamb stew.
