Casablanca - Curico, ChileGrassy, jalapeno, grapefruit, gooseberry, smoky nettle aromas. Fresh, crisp, delicate palate with a touch of austerity but juicy acidity. Gooseberry, grapefruit, canned jalapeno, light artichoke flavours with a bit of lemon grass on the finish. Very solid, fresh style for clams and squid.
