Fairview Cellars Sauvignon Blanc 2009
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaGrassy fresh, sea breeze, honey nose with bits of vanilla. The entry is round and soft with sweet lime fruit, butter, melon, ripe grapefruit flavours. Still a bit too woody for oysters but this is g but Good solid fruit core and balance if a touch oaky on the finish. Good stuff.
