McLaren Vale, South Australia, AustraliaOpen round warm nose of black fruit and blueberries with a rich spicy undertone. The palate is awash in dark plums and sweet oak with a lot of spice and dried herbs underneath. This needs a bit more time to settle down or serve now with a large slab of meat.
