Laughing Stock Vineyards Blind Trust White +23/9 2009
Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaHoney, rose petal, orange, spicy, ginger, nutty lees with light guava and peach aromas. Ripe, round, rich, slightly sweet entry but elegant. Butter, honey, floral, minty, ginger, grassy, grapefruit rind flavours sing out. The blend is "blind" unless you remove the capsule where the mix is revealed: 59/15/13/13 of pinot gris, viognier, pinot blanc and sauvignon blanc is revealed on the neck.
