Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCelery salt, rooty, dried herb, spicy, savoury, menthol, barnyard rhubarb and strawberry aromas. Round, dry, supple but tart palate. Rhubarb, strawberry, carrot top, celery root, tobacco leaf and resin flavours with some coffee and herb notes on the finish.
