Summerhill Pyramid Winery Cipes Rosé NV
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Cipes Brut Rosé is 100 percent, single-vineyard, pinot noir grown in Summerland at the Heckmann Vineyard. The fruit is raised from start to finish to end up in sparkling wine. Three-quarters of the fruit was pressed off after a 48-hour cold-soak leaving the wine with a beautiful Provencal pink hue. The palate is a riot of red and green fruits evoking thoughts of kiwi, raspberry and toasty almond. The palate is taut and acidity is bright.
