Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLots of fine, foamy mousse. Light nutty, green apple, floral, citrus, melon aromas. Crisp, slightly sweet entry with some good but foamy mousse. Baked pear, apple skin, honey, butter, toasty, citrus flavours. Finish is a bit bitter but quite nutty with decent persistence.
