Ugarteche District, Luján de Cuyo, Northern Region, Mendoza, ArgentinaGrown at 3300 feet the Cardos cabernet is mix of mint and cassis with a fairly pronounced tobacco character on the nose. Cranberry, raspberry fruit dominates the palate and it finishes with a touch of gripp-y tannins. Grilled burgers or ribs would be a perfect for this useful.
