La Consulta, Valle de Uco, Tunuyán, Central Region, Mendoza, ArgentinaA deep, dark red/black colour previews a nose that exhibits bright plum, cherry, savoury notes streaked with dried meat, pepper, floral aromas. Ripe, round, full, warm, fresh palate with light, grainy tannins. Full bodied with roast meat, black cherry, coffee, vanilla, plum, peppery, tobacco, waxy, mineral and orange flavours. Good intensity and structure, still a bit young, will improve over the next 2-3 years.
