Hunter, New South Wales, AustraliaLight earthy, citrus nose with bits of leather and black fruit. On entry the wine shows its class and the age of its vines, some of which were planted in 1867 just as Canada was becoming a nation. Look for spicy cherry black fruit flavours with a riff of raspberry running through the wine.
