Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaIntense leafy, capsicum nose with bits of black cherry and cassis. Soft glossy chocolate and cherry fruit notes on entry with plenty of savoury dried herbs, menthol and vanilla. Should be fine with beef but you have to like the intense herbal, cool-climate cabernet flavours.
