Mendoza, ArgentinaA mostly equal blend of cabernet sauvignon and malbec from the Tupungato region of Mendoza. Look for a dark fruit nose with plenty of vanilla. The palate is dense lush and soft with 'sweet' plummy fruit and pepper fused with more vanilla notes from the oak. Youthful dry tannins in the finish call for grilled meats.
