Saumur, Loire, FranceCave de Saumur with age is a delight to sip. The nose is as mellow as leafy cabernet franc can get but with bits of black fruit, smoky green pepper and some fresh, mineral undercurrents it is fun to sip. There are still some dry tannins that might suggest at its age the time to drink it is now.
