AustraliaLots of foam then some decent mousse. Floral, candied apple, lemon, almond, melon rind, light toasty strawberry nose. Somewhat foamy with crisp acidity but lots of residual sugar and some bitterness. Candied lemon, artificial black cherry, nutty, slate, mineral flavours.
