James Oatley Tic Tok Pinot Grigio 2009
Adelaide, South Australia, AustraliaJust a hint of colour reassures its gris roots. The nose is bright and fresh its cool Adelaide Hills fruit district offering up tropical earthy aromas. It's mostly stainless steel fermented with a small amount getting some oxidation in older oak to bolster the mouthfeel and textures. The result is a fresh northern Italian style that is best of all food friendly. Good value here for Adelaide Hills.Tasted: 06 January 2010Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $16.00 | 750ml | speculative listing - Vintage West Wine Marketing |
