The entry is fresh with chocolate, meaty, peppery, liquorice root flavours streaked with coffee bean, tobacco leaf, and black cherry flavours. Good balance and intensity if a bit dry. Will be good with roast lamb or turkey. A new taste from the Choapa Valley in the Coquimbo region in northern Chile.
