Skaha Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOpen spicy, savoury, sausage meat, white pepper, floral, tobacco, licorice aromas. Round, dry, elegant entry with a slightly tannic palate and more cherry, coffee, sausage, peppery, liquorice flavours with bits of vanilla, and a meaty, savoury finish.
