De Martino Gran Familia Cabernet Sauvignon 2001
Isla de Maipo, Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileSpicy, minty, sappy, black cherry, cedar, cassis jam, bay leaf, savoury and chocolate aromas. Round, dry, rich and fresh, grainy tannins with some astringency but good juicy acidity. Black cherry, cassis, cedar, tobacco, sappy, vanilla, coffee, liquorice, rooty, savoury flavours. Still young and vibrant but needs 2-4 years to soften the tannins.
