Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWinemaker Bill Dyer continues to raise the bar at Blasted Church as evidenced by this rugged syrah. A bigger style red than previous version it is big on pepper and gamy notes on the nose and palate. The fruit is sweet and ripe with spicy cooked meat, menthol and black liquorice flavours in the finish.
