Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileSlightly reductive with cassis, rooty, peppery, sausage, cedar and tobacco aromas. Round, fresh, soft palate with chocolate, menthol, cherry, sappy, spicy flavours with some light, cedar-y tannins on the finish. Simple but full for grilled meats.
