Ontario, CanadaCanada appears to be able to make delicious aromatic blended whites with ease and why we don't make more is a mystery to me. Love the ripe red apple nose with bits of grass and lemon oil pears and litchi and lots of tropical fruit notes. Fresh with just enough honey and dried fruit flavours to attract a wide range of tasters. Try this with Thai food.
