Robert Mondavi Fumé Blanc 2007
Napa Valley, California, United StatesForty-one years is a long time in New World winemaking but that is how long this barrel-aged sauvignon blanc has been made. The latest remains true to form with its bright aromas of citrus and orange with bits of dried herbs. The entry is lively with more lemon, creamy white peach fruit and spicy notes. A fresh crisp persistent finish. Consistently well made.Tasted: 17 November 2009Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $27.00 | 750ml | specialty listing |
