Blasted Church Sauvignon Blanc 2008
Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThere are many reasons to like the latest Blasted Church sauvignon not the least of which it is clean and fresh. Something that easy to say but much harder to do. The colour is correct with green hues; the nose is blast of tropical fruit grass and gooseberry fruit. The finish is medium long with grassy, peppery, citrus notes and a touch dry in the back end.
