Valle de Casablanca, Region de Aconcagua, ChileThe Novas white blend of chardonnay (65) Viognier (20) and marsanne (15) is weighty on the nose with big floral mineral notes flecked with apricots and jasmine. On the palate the wine is fat with a slightly musky sweet flavour of ripe yellow fruits and nuts. A luxurious organic white wine that is aged in 100 French barrels.
