Gevrey-Chambertin, Côtes de Nuits, Côte d'Or, Burgundy, FranceRich, spicy, underbrush, meaty, licorice, coffee, tobacco, cedar, clove, floral, raspberry and cherry jam aromas, good ripeness. Rich, warm, round and dry with somewhat tannic and taut now. Meaty, carrot top, raspberry, cherry, orange, coffee, licorice, rooty, compost, coffee flavours. More structured and tight than the Latricières, this will need more time, at least 5-7 years to soften. Good potential.Tasted: 28 October 2009Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
