Verona, Veneto, ItalyYou don't see many 100 per cent corvina wines in this market. The classic Veronese grape grown in the Valpolicella region has a spicy nose with floral, mineral notes. The mid-palate is rich, the fruit generous with some drying tannins followed by bits of cherries and vanilla in the finish. Youthful and will no doubt age well for three to five years.
