Coastal Region, South AfricaTasted twice. Smoky, meaty, peppery, saddle leather, earthy, tobacco, black olive, dill, herbal, cherry aromas. Round, dry, elegant but tart palate with spicy, cherry, mineral, smoky, vanilla, meaty, rooty flavours with good finesse yet somewhat tart on the finish. Best with food.
