Tuscany, ItalyI was a bit surprised by the approachability of this wine and its delicious factor but I should have known the 80 per cent sangiovese mixed with 20 per cent merlot and cabernet sauvignon sees NO wood. Hmmm, no wood, better fruit, smooth supple tannins and a vibrant earthy woodsy finish packed with fruit.
