Tinhorn Creek Merlot 2007
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSpicy, black olive, tobacco leaf, herbal, cool caraway aromas. The entry is rich, warm but with some dry tannin. On the palate, coffee, vanilla, tobacco, roasted bell pepper and meaty flavours rule the day with a warm oaky finish. This will improve in bottle but the fruit component is low.Tasted: 17 September 2009Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $19.00 | 750ml | specialty listing, vqa and private wine shops |
