Siro Pacenti Rosso di Montalcino 2007
Montalcino, Siena, Tuscany, ItalyPacenti's Rosso or baby Brunello is a great success in 2007. Rich aromatic an elegant it is a stylish, sangiovese that while substantial, you can enjoy drinking it even now. Look for bright, red fruits and acidity mixed with earthy mineral notes and plentiful but soft tannins. The Rosso di Montalcino is aged in 20 percent new oak. Try it with a plate of Bolognese.Tasted: 15 September 2009Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $60.00 | 750ml | speculative listing - Liquid Art |
