Compost, earthy, tobacco, raspberry, meaty, strawberry, caraway, rooty, herbal, orange peel flavours. A tad dry and tart on the finish but well balanced and elegant. A more savoury style with good expression of Marlborough pinot with a touch of funk and maturity.
